We plan to improve the asphalt production cycle through accurate study and location for optimal implementation of mechanical equipment and human resources, promoting the asphalt quality using an on-site equipped laboratory, observance of the occupational safety, and improving the environmental conditions through the knowledge of a onsite HSEQ unit for asphalt production, and establishing a constructive relationship with the machinery manufactures both inside and outside of the country, and communication with the Iranian and foreign researchers toward increasing the productivity, and updating the production method and product quality, while paying more attention of the society health with sponsorships of sport teams.

The Mission of our R&D Unit is to improve the quality of Asphalt Kordan’s products, provision of new products considering the current requirements of the organizations and our customers. For an instance, the colored and polymer asphalt, which is currently produced by this company.

Investigation of the effect of nanosycoterm on the tensile strength of tropical asphalt mixtures
Asphalt reinforcing nanosycoterms have the greatest effect on controlling shear deformations (lateral movement of adjacent stone materials under load) compared to other textiles used to reinforce asphalt concrete mixtures. In other words, on viscous strains and The delayed elastic strains of the Burgers tensile model of asphalt concrete mix are effective.

Today, the limited availability of natural aggregates, the increase in the cost of disposal of milled materials along with increasing social and political awareness of environmental issues, intensively rehabilitate and build asphalt pavements to identify innovative and sustainable technologies. The field of cold recycling method certainly looks very promising due to its technical reliability, cost-effectiveness and low impact on the environment.

Coal plays an important role in the world’s energy supply, but its production process through the production of waste has adverse effects on the environment, but from the same coal waste can be stabilized in concrete blocks for paving instead of disposal and release into the environment. Used soil, building materials, cement production and cement mix.

Evaluation of coal waste application in recycled asphalt mixtures with emulsion bitumen
Several additives are used to improve the performance of recycled emulsified mixtures such as cement and lime. This study investigated the possibility of using coal waste and its ash in emulsified recycling mixture. Coal waste is abundant around coal mining areas and coal washing plants, which can be a serious threat to the environment.
